Returns & Refunds
We have a keen eye upon customer’s satisfaction. Therefore, after delivery our return policy is covered 30 days. Within 30 days, almost every kind of product can be returned for exchange or a complete refund.
When we receive and examine your return (generally within 3 days of receipt) then your exchange order is analyzed and exchange order will then be delivered to you within the next 15 business days.
In case of Full Refund, yours return product may reach us approximately in 7 days and we shall send you a confirmation email that your return has been completed.
In these following cases, the customer can claim for Return / Exchange / Full Refund.
- If customer received wrong product.
- If product has manufacturing fault.
- If product spoiled in shipping.
- If product is tampered.
Refunds will be made with same payment method through which customer paid us. And this refund process will be completed within 10 to 45 days. It depends upon bank issuance of the credit card.
Kindly Note
If you find any dissimilarity, defect, or damage that may cause in transit, please let us know within 3 days so we can resolve the situation. We cannot offer a resolution if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.
Color
Product color may appear slightly different to some people due to the difference in their screen resolution. The colors of the photo and the actual color are slightly different.
Note: Customized or modified product will not be accepted for refund or exchange under any condition.
Free Returns for USA
You can easily return your purchased item(s) for free within 30 days after receiving the product, only for the United States.
Returns For Other Countries
Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping cost and other charges are not refundable. We will not accept COD deliveries.
