If you wish to return an item to Core Outfits, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support.

- Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.
- Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping cost and other charges are not refundable. We will not accept COD deliveries.
- To get your return successfully, you must give us correct return tracking number while filing the return form.
- Fixed and regular products may be returned for exchange or refund while made-to-measure and customized products will not be returned except alteration.
- When we receive and examine your return (generally within 3 days of receipt) then your exchange order is analyzed and delivered to you under next 15 working days. In case of refund, yours return product may reach us approximately in 7 days and we shall send you a confirmation email that your return has been completed. Refunds will be made with same payment method through which customer paid us. And this refund process will be completed within 10 to 45 days. It depends upon bank issuance of the credit card.
